Bambuki began with a simple belief: that nature holds the purest nourishment for everyday wellness. Deep in the lush lowland forests of Ecuador’s Chocó region, where bamboo grows wild and abundant, we found our calling.

The Beginning
A Discovery Rooted in Tradition
Our founders grew up surrounded by Ecuador's extraordinary biodiversity. For generations, local communities had brewed bamboo leaves into a soothing tisane — a quiet ritual passed down through families. We saw in this ancient practice something the modern world was missing: a truly natural, caffeine-free wellness drink with remarkable properties.
In 2018, we set out to share this tradition with the world. We partnered with small-scale bamboo farmers in the lowland forests of Ecuador’s Chocó region, built a certified processing facility, and created Bambuki — a tisane that honors both the land and the people who tend it.
